Dr. Dick Bridy brings over four decades of broad experience in commercial real estate acquisitions and development to bedrock investments group. He is the entrepreneurial founder and CEO of DBI group, a boutique real estate firm specializing in commercial retail centers and single tenant properties. Throughout his distinguished career, Dick developed expertise in team brokerage, leasing, private equity funding, construction, and asset management. From the ground up, he and his team entitled and built two shopping centers and five single tenant properties. In addition, dick has supervised the redevelopment of over 4 million sq. Ft. of gross leasable area in 14 shopping centers.
Michael Dyer is an associate director at Cushman & Wakefield in San Diego. He brings 30 years’ experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing to Bedrock Investments Group. Prior to his distinguished career in commercial real estate, Michael worked in medical equipment sales and marketing for more than 10 years, where he developed a thorough understanding of healthcare facilities. Michael’s sales and lease transactions have exceeded $100 million over the past five years. In addition, Michael has raised $20 million in capital for triple-net lease acquisitions by Bedrock Investments Group.
Scott Abell’s career in commercial real estate, with a specialty in finance, spans more than three decades. Much of his success can be attributed to Scott’s genuine desire to develop creative financing opportunities for clients. This is one reason he was the top producing finance officer for Burnham real estate over consecutive years before transitioning to senior director of Cushman & Wakefield’s real estate finance group. Scott has personally arranged financing for over $1 billion in loans for commercial/industrial and multifamily real estate projects.
Chief Operating Officer
Ginny Uyeno-Bridy is president of DBI Asset Management, Inc. And senior vice president at the DBI Group. She brings a decade of experience in entitlement, due diligence, leasing, management, and construction administration to her role with Bedrock Investments Group. Ginny’s executive management skills in public administration translated seamlessly into her successful career in commercial real estate. As the director of entitlements at DBI Asset Management, Inc., Ginny is responsible for navigating extensive approval processes that can involve multiple governing and regulatory agencies at the federal, state and local level. She supervises the acquisition and financing of Bedrock Investments Group properties, and serves as an authorized manager for each entity.
Escrow and Title Coordinator
Laurie Baccash has recently joined the Bedrock Investments group team as our escrow and title coordinator. Laurie’s responsibilities include reviewing all aspects of escrow and title for property acquisitions and dispositions. She monitors the transactions following contract execution through closing. Some of Laurie’s duties include review of escrow instructions, preliminary title reports, conveyance and easement documents, as well as estimated and final closing statements. In addition, Laurie reviews leases, estoppels certificates and other contracts. She monitors receipt of all required due diligence documentation and contract time schedules. Laurie’s attention to detail makes her a great asset to our team.

Dr. Dick Bridy is an entrepreneur and the CEO of DBI Group (DBI) and Bedrock Investments Group (BIG), founded on the core principles of Honesty, Expertise, and Results (HER). Dick has more than forty-two (42) years of commercial real estate development, brokerage, investment, leasing, private equity sourcing, operations, construction, and asset management experience. He and his team entitled and built two shopping centers and five single tenant properties. In addition, Dick has contracted for the redevelopment of over 4.0 million sq. ft. in 14 shopping centers in the Midwest and the Western US. Dick has served as a commercial real estate – legal consultant in cases including asset, property and portfolio management, commercial litigation, development/redevelopment, insurance, and realtor litigation. He has been engaged by both plaintiff and defense attorneys.
